Vito is Of Counsel at Tribonian Law Advisors. His practice focuses on litigations, arbitrations, bankruptcy law, restructuring and project finance. Vito holds a PHD in Law and is full professor of Private Law at the University of Salento in Italy, where he also teaches Islamic Finance Law. He is visiting professor at the Pazmany University of Budapest, at the University of Management and Economics of Vilnius and at The Stradins University of Riga. He speaks Italian and English. He is member of the Banking and Financial Ombudsman institute by the Bank of Italy (ABF) and of the Arbitration Chamber set up by the Italian Anticorruption Authority. Vito’s main practice is focused on assisting Italian clients and high net worth individuals investing in the Middle East, as well as assisting Middle Eastern clients on their interests in Italy.
