Dubai, UAE, 18 September 2026 – Tribonian Law Advisors (“TLA”) has advised Extravaganza Group (“Extravaganza”), a leading UAE-based player in the luxury fragrance and beauty industry, on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of UK-based Roja Parfums Holdings II Limited and its subsidiary, Roja Parfums Holdings Limited (collectively, “ROJA Parfums”), an internationally recognized name in haute perfumery.

This acquisition marks a significant milestone in the Extravaganza group’s international expansion, building on its established fragrance distribution business in the Middle East and portfolio of over 50 international brands. The transaction brings together Extravaganza’s regional expertise and established presence in key growth markets, including the Middle East, Europe, the Americas and Africa with ROJA Parfums’ distinctive brand heritage, craftsmanship and international footprint spanning retail, e-commerce and more than 500 points of sale.
