TLA Represents Alpha Lloyds in the sale of 80% stake to Siaci Saint Honoré GroupMay 2017
Dubai, United Arab Emirates - May 2017 - The law firm of Tribonian Law Advisors (“TLA”) announces that it has represented the shareholders of Alpha Lloyds Insurance Brokers LLC (“Alpha Lloyds”), a leading insurance and reinsurance broker in the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”), in the sale of 80% stake to Siaci Saint Honoré Group (“Siaci Group”), one of the leading providers of brokerage and consulting services in the French insurance market.

The TLA team was led by the firm’s managing partner, Rindala Beydoun and partners Carlo Pianese and Emile Boulos, who were assisted by associate Maria Mourad and trainee Tala Azar.
