Carlo Pianese

Partner

Carlo’s practice focuses on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, early stage investments, fund formation and corporate finance. He spent seven years practicing in Europe before moving to Dubai in 2008. Carlo has extensive experience working on tens of cross-border transactions across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Africa. Carlo is fluent in English and Italian.

Emile Boulos

Partner

Emile’s practice focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring and reorganization, and corporate finance transactions in the Middle East and Europe across various sectors including the telecom sector. He has also assisted multiple domestic and international clients in connection with the establishment of a local presence and special purpose vehicles in the UAE and various free zones. Emile is fluent in English, Arabic, and French.
