Emile Boulos

Roupen Avsharian

Roupen’s practice focuses on multi-jurisdictional restructurings, corporate re-organizations and providing general counsel services to regulated and unregulated entities. Roupen is fluent in English, Arabic and Armenian. Roupen also served as a Deputy Clerk of the Superior Court of Los Angeles County for several years and has acted as Judge Pro Temp and as a mediator on several occasions. More recently, he has spent more than 10 years providing legal services in the GCC area.
